Second hand clothes can be surprising

Charity shops and other second-hand shops are filled with hidden gems. You have to spend time to find them and have a good imagination… But with a good pair of scissors, some thread and a sewing machine, you can do miracles. Jillian Owens is a young designer who, faced with  temporary financial difficulties, decided to create a collection of trendy clothes made from everything she buys that is second-hand.
