  • Half a spoon of turmeric powder
  • Half a teaspoon of ginger powder
  • Half a teaspoon of Cayenne pepper
  • 5 tablespoons of lemon juice

  • 1 litre of water


Mix all the ingredients in a bottle filled with a liter of water. Stir well and drink on an empty stomach, throughout the day. The urge to eat should be low and  the mixture will burn those fats that are covering you.
