1 / Apple, oats and almonds

Ingredients :

  • 1 apple
  • 1 glass of oat drink (200 ml)
  • 10 chopped almonds
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon (3 g)

Method: Wash the apple and cut it into quarters. Pour the oat drink into a mixer and add the apple and the chopped almonds. Blend everything together and serve it in a glass topped with cinnamon.

2 / Banana, strawberries, oats

We have all heard it before, breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day, and not to be skipped. This smoothie is healthy and at the same time will keep you going until lunch time, without gaining weight.

Ingredients :

  • 1 banana
  • 20 g of oat flakes
  • 4 strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon of ground almonds

Method: Cut the banana and strawberries into pieces and mix them in a blender. Add the oat flakes and ground almonds, mix it again and the job is done!

3 / Yoghurt, tomato, lemon

0% fat yoghurt will help you fight against water retention, which often causes bloating. Accompanied with lemon and a fresh tomato, it will strengthen your immune system and put you in good form to start the day!

Ingredients :

  • 1 yoghurt (0% fat)
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 lemon

Method: Peel the tomato after having boiled it and cut it into pieces. Mix it in a blender with the juice of the lemon and the 0% fat yoghurt, until you get a creamy mixture. You can even add herbs (thyme) and spices. Serve it with ice and enjoy.

  • 1 apple
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 glass of water (200 ml)
  • 1 spoon of cinnamon
  • 1 spoon of honey

Method: Peel the apple and the kiwi and cut them into pieces. Put them in a blender and add the glass of water, the cinnamon and the honey. All that is left to do is mix it and it’s ready: you are sure to love it.

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 small piece of root ginger (without the skin)
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 green apple
