The Koreans have understood this, who use unique recipes from their ancestors. We prefer natural remedies with simple ingredients, easy to concoct from your bathroom. Here are 3 recipes that will allow you to pamper your breasts..
1/ A mask with cucumber and egg yolk to firm up
Cucumber has toning properties, as far as egg yolk is concerned, it contains many proteins and vitamins to fight against premature sagging.
- 1 small cucumber
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon of butter
1/ Add your cucumber into a blender then add the egg yolk and butter to make a paste.
2/ Apply the mixture onto your breasts and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
3/ Rinse off with cold water
You can use this mask once a week to strengthen the breast tissue.
2/ Olive oil to fight sagging
Massaging your chest with olive oil is an excellent technique to firm your breasts and prevent them from sagging. Thanks to its antioxidant properties, the oil will improve the tone of your skin.
- 1 table spoon of olive oil
1/ Heat the oil between your hands like you would for massage oil.
2/ Massage gently into your breasts from the bottom upwards for around 15 minutes to boost your blood circulation.
3/ Repeat the operation at least 4 to 5 times a week.
You can also use argan oil, avocado or jojoba.
3/ Shea butter to moisturize and sublimate
An excellent source of vitamin E, shea butter has no equal to moisturize and sublimate the breast.
- 1 knob of shea butter
1/ Heat the butter in between your hands.
2/ Massage the butter into your breasts from the bottom up, circulating for 10 to 15 minutes.
3/ Leave to rest for ten minutes, then rinse off with warm water
For visible results, repeat 3 to 4 times a week.
