An even more effective homemade shampoo
We have often told you about the health benefits of making and using your own beauty products. From scrubbing your skin with coffee grounds, a baking soda toothpaste or your own deodorant. And for good reason, their effectiveness exceeds ten times that of the cosmetics that can be found in the trade, which are full of detergents, preservatives and alcohol which have the effect of drying. Here is a shampoo recipe to make at home, which will only take you a few minutes (and costs less than £10).
- 1 Tablespoon of chickpea flour
- 250 ml Warm water
- 2 tablespoons of cider vinegar
- 1 empty bottle of shampoo, one pump bottle or even a small glass bottle
Chickpea flour is an excellent natural cleanser that absorbs fat from the scalp. By using the flour, it makes the hair clean after washing. The cider vinegar, allows it to tighten the fibres of the hair and acts as a conditioner.
1/ Insert the chickpea flour into the flask using a tip or small funnel and add the water.
2/ Then add the vinegar and shake to mix all the ingredients.
3/ Take a small dose of home-made shampoo and spread over your head
4/Rub lightly and rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water, not too hot.
And now, you can wash your hair in the shower in all serenity!
